CIDI Certification

Projects undergoing the CIDI Standard may pursue two certifications confirming that the priorities of communities and end-users were met during design and post-occupancy. CIDI Certifications communicate to industry leaders, state and local governments, potential building end-users, and other stakeholders that your project is positioned to have a positive social impact.

Create Value with CIDI

The CIDI Standard supports meangiful, equitable, and inclusive community-engaged design, helping businesses, organizations, and owners to:

  • Enhance end-user satisfaction, improve project quality, and maximize property usage, read more here.

  • Demonstrate leadership in social responsibility — a growing requirement in ESG and GRESB reporting, as well as RFP procurements.

Registration and Certification Fees

There is a one-time registration fee for projects pursuing the CIDI Standard. During registration, projects are assigned a CIDI Verifier who will provide technical support and guidance during certification pursuits. Registration fees include a one-hour kick-off strategy meeting as well as up to four hours of additional, as-needed technical assistance.

If you are interested in pursuing CIDI Certification and would like to discuss our fees, please email info@cidistandard.com.

CIDI x SEAM

The CIDI Standard is administered by SEAM (Social Equity Assessment Method) Certification organization. Both SEAM and CIDI aim to bring value to real estate projects, driving meaningful and measurable impact.
