Shaping our buildings, spaces, and communities.
Our Vision.
To create a world with built environments free of structural, programmatic, and social barriers for all end-users and communities.
Our Mission.
To provide a roadmap for effectively translating community insights gathered through meaningful, equitable, and inclusive processes into impactful design solutions, resulting in built environments that address the needs of as many people as possible.
Certifying collaborative placemaking.
The Community-Informed Design for Innovation (CIDI) Standard™ was developed based on case study research of real-world projects. Today, CIDI is a pilot certification program that supports equitable, creative, and collaborative placemaking.
